Dam Phu My Packaging Joint Stock Company (PMP) is a unit of the PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo); formerly Hương Phong, a specialized company in manufacturing of packaging, established on 1/10/2004 by Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Party Committee.

Regarding shareholder structure, the PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) is the largest shareholder when holding 43.34% of the company's shares. The second shareholder is Huong Phong Co. Ltd, owned nearly 1.7 million shares, equivalent to 40% of shares. The remaining of 16.66% is mainly from individuals, members of the company or other shareholders outside the company.

With the support about the output and a stable number of customers by the Corporation, Dam Phu My Packaging Company still constantly develop and expand the market to become a strong brand in the field of packaging in domestic and export.
